Le Tour de la Bernina
Le Tour de la Bernina est un itinéraire de randonnée populaire qui fait le tour du massif du Piz Bernina dans les Alpes suisses et italiennes, généralement effectué en 8-9 jours. Il fait également référence à un voyage en train panoramique sur le Bernina Express, un site du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, qui traverse les Alpes entre la Suisse et l'Italie.
Ce guide décrit un itinéraire de 9 étapes (119 km) autour du massif du Piz Bernina dans les Alpes, à la frontière italo-suisse près de Saint-Moritz, et l'« Alta Via Valmalenco » de 8 étapes (94 km) explorant la vallée de Valmalenco, à l'ombre du Monte Disgrazia. Le Tour de la Bernina convient aux randonneurs débutants, mais l'Alta Via nécessite une certaine expérience.

Un guide pour deux itinéraires de trekking dans les Alpes suisses et italiennes. Le Tour de la Bernina, un itinéraire circulaire autour du Piz Bernina couvrant 119 km (74 miles), convient aux randonneurs de tous niveaux et peut être parcouru en 9 jours. L'Alta Via Valmalenco, un itinéraire circulaire à l'ombre du Monte Disgrazia couvrant 94 km (58 miles), convient aux randonneurs ayant une certaine expérience du trekking alpin et peut être parcouru en 8 jours.
Le Tour de la Bernina est présenté dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre en 9 étapes, chacune d'une longueur comprise entre 7 et 19 km (4 à 12 miles), tandis que l'Alta Via Valmalenco est présentée dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre en 8 étapes d'une longueur comprise entre 8 et 14 km (5 à 9 miles). Plusieurs extensions et détours sont également inclus, permettant d'adapter l'itinéraire.
