Stretch-on Traction
Up to 4-year limited warranty
- Covers current versions of Microspikes, Exospikes, Nanospikes & new Ghost bought from ICEGRIPPER on or after 1st October 2025
- 'Previous Season' and 'Sale' versions (rather than current) are covered by a standard 12 month warranty, or 24 month warranty if stated on the packaging
- Covers manufacturing defects
- Excludes normal wear and tear
- Excludes use outside intended purpose
KTS Hiking Crampons
Up to 3-year limited warranty
- Covers KTS Hiking Crampons bought from ICEGRIPPER on or after 1st October 2025 and from 1st October 2023
- Covers manufacturing defects
- Excludes normal wear and tear
- Excludes use outside intended purpose
Gaiters
1-year limited warranty
- Covers all current versions of Gaiters: Instagaiter, Renagaiter, Levagaiter and Navagaiter bought from ICEGRIPPER on or after 1st October 2025
- 'Previous Season' and 'Sale' versions (rather than current) are also covered by a standard 12 month warranty.
- Covers seams and zips, duralink strap, drawcord toggle and lace hook under normal use.
- Excludes normal wear and tear.
- Excludes use outside intended purpose.
- Cosmetic issues not affecting function are excluded.
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser.
- With valid proof of purchase from ICEGRIPPER.
- As part of our policy to increase 'renwal, repair and replacement', we will always attempt to repair the product as the first option.
- If your product is not repairable, and we replace it with a new one, the original will not be returned to you.
- If an item is discontinued, we may offer a comparable replacement or credit.
- Return postage to us is not covered.
- Outbound shipping on approved warranty resolutions is covered within the UK only.
- Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, modification, or loss are not covered.
