ICEGRIPPER now offers 5 postage options and NEW! store collection

Consultation with some of our regular customers revealed a desire to be able to collect orders from us directly. This is often referred to as 'click and collect'. For an online business like ICEGRIPPER this presents a problem because we don't have physical stores.

After a bit of head scratching we came up with a solution though! Our office is like a store, so why not let customers collect from us? It's an ideal solution and it's already proving popular with customers. Here's our current postage/delivery options...

All ICEGRIPPER UK postage options are ‘flat fee’ - whether you are ordering one or several products, you only pay a ‘flat fee’ postage charge - the more you order, the better value!

‘Standard’ - RM 2nd or equivalent
All the postal operators we use have recently improved the technology behind their delivery network, resulting in improved delivery times. Typically, when choosing this postage option, your order will be delivered two to four working days following dispatch. For orders requiring a faster service or the benefit of tracking, we would recommend the 'Tracked' option.

‘Tracked’ – RM Tracked or equivalent
Our most popular postage option - typically, your order will be delivered two working days following dispatch. This postage option is tracked - you will be sent a tracking code and website, allowing you to check the progress of your order.

• Scanned as delivered
• May or may not require signature
• May have a re-delivery option if attempted delivery made whilst you are out
• Can collect from postal operators depot

 

‘Priority’ – RM Special Delivery or equivalent
The 'Priority' postage option is the one to choose when you need something quickly, with a high level of certainty. Provided your order is placed with ICEGRIPPER before 12.00 noon it will be processed and enter the delivery network same day and delivered next day between 09.00-17.30 Orders placed after 12.00 noon will be delivered to you the day after. Your order is tracked and can be monitored via a tracking code and website. This service is ideal for larger product items, valuable orders, or for items which you require urgently and need re-assurance about their arrival.

‘FREE SHIPPING’ - When you spend £100+
Automatically applied to all orders of £100 and over. You will see the FREE SHIPPING message displayed when completing your checkout and payment. Orders attracting FREE SHIPPING are sent to you using the same services that we use for 'Tracked' postage. Typically, your order will be delivered two working days following dispatch. This postage option is tracked - you will be sent a tracking code and website, allowing you to check the progress of your order.

‘Click & Collect’ - FREE!
Just Click and Collect! FREE Pick Up is now available from ICEGRIPPER's office in London. This is ideal if you live or work in London, or require something at short notice. Orders can be collected by appointment within 24 hours of ordering. Simply select the 'Pick up' tab (as opposed to Ship) on the Checkout Page

• Our office is only 5 minutes walk from Wanstead tube station (Central Line)
• Easily accessible by road - less than 5 minutes from the M11, A406, A12
• Free and accessible parking right outside
• You will receive our post code, address and directions, depending on whether you are driving or using public transport, when calling us to arrange your collection time

Local Delivery (E11) - FREE!
Got an E11 postcode? Us too! So we'll deliver to you FREE OF CHARGE! We use the trusty old Office Bike to zip around the neighbourhood...

• We'll make ONE DELIVERY attempt within 24 hours
• If you're not in we'll leave a note, so you can then collect from our office - in E11, see ‘Click & Collect’
