These shoes are an absolute lifesaver. They are lightweight, extremely comfortable to wear and fully waterproof. These keep my feet warm and dry even in harsh conditions. I especially love the foldable spikes, which are essential for walking safely on black ice. Plus, they even come with their own OC key and a built-in holder for it, which is a very practical and thoughtful detail. Highly recommended for winter weather.

I purchased these Snow Boots for an upcoming holiday to Finland. My normal shoe size is 6, but I have very long toes. I needed a size 8 in these boots which are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly. I wanted them for the OC Ice spikes that easily flip for in use in the snow and flip into a recess when unwanted.

Very comfortable boots. The tightness can b adjusted which I really like. Haven’t had a really snowy/icy spell to try out the sole grip. Delighted with them.

I'm usually a 6 but these fit lovely. So comfy, fit well, nice and roomy for toes. I like that fact they use natural materials for warmth. Love the OCSystem. It will keep me upright this winter!

The perfect winter boot. Very stylish, comfortable, with a good fit and definitely waterproof. The OC system works well and the studs were effective on ice.

They may be old version but these are fantastic for UK conditions where the surface can change suddenly from dry tarmac to black ice. The grip is so good that when walking my dog uphill I suddenly realised that he was struggling and slithering while my feet were 100% secure. Amazing!

Great item. Absolutely essential for trail runs in the snow but I also use them for general walking - no slips here

I bought a similar pair of these for my wife for a Christmas gift and she couldn’t stop raving about them so I decided to give myself an upgrade from walking shoes to boots best I’ve ever made warm comfortable and easy to wear and they added bonus of the ice grips on the bottom with the OC system is even is even better

Quality is good but practically for replacement of broken unit in used boots is questionable. The new unworn grippers sit proud in the grooves of worn soles.I will see how they perform for the remainder of our Canadian Winter.

In the 90's, my mother bought me a pair of boots with retractable cleats. I was so proud to be the only one among my friends with this cleat system. Now almost 30 years later, the boots still serve their purpose, but eventually the studs finally started to fall apart last winter. When I searched the internet for similar boots with retractable cleats, you can imagine my surprise finding that the OC-System is still popular and going stronger than ever, even offers a replacement set for the original KB1. They're still a little tight, but that's a good thing, right... ;)

Bought these for a walking holiday in the Bavarian Alps in December. Snow but also sheet ice - and these were utterly brilliant. Total confidence on ice, and perfectly fine walking on gravel/track where there was no ice/snow. Easy to put on and take off as well as being of good quality. Now an essential part of our walking kit

As these were a Christmas present for my wife, I cannot give them a full review at the moment, but just getting them out of the box and looking at them they look like proper winter boots, lightweight warm and sturdy
