
UK Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your ICEGRIPPER purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Starting a Return
Before returning any item, please contact us at: sales@icegripper.co.uk with your order number and reason for return so we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for return postage for exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.
The cancellation period begins the day after you receive the goods (or the final item in your order if delivered separately).
To cancel your order, simply email us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once you notify us, you have 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period:

you will receive a full refund of the item price

we will refund the standard delivery cost
If you selected premium delivery, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Condition of Returns
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop to check their suitability.
Items must be returned:

unused

clean
-
with original packaging where possible
We may reduce the refund if goods show handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Outdoor Use of Ice Grips
ICEGRIPPER products are designed for outdoor use in icy conditions.
To check fit and compatibility, we recommend trying the product indoors on footwear only.
Outdoor use on ice, snow, pavement, grit or salt is considered use beyond normal inspection.
Items returned showing signs of outdoor use (including worn spikes, scratches, dirt or salt residue) may be subject to a deduction for diminished value.
Returns After 14 Days
We may accept returns of unused items after the 14-day cancellation period at our discretion.
Where accepted:

items must be unused and resalable

original packaging should be included
As these returns are accepted as a goodwill gesture, we may deduct a handling/restocking charge of up to 10% of the item price.
This does not apply to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are faulty or not as described.
Return postage will be reimbursed where appropriate.
