ICEGRIPPER process orders from our EU cstomers under a UK/EU protocol called IOSS.
If your order is under €150 (around £130), ICEGRIPPER can send your order without the need for customs inspection and the addition of duty.
This means that most orders are received within a week and the price you pay at the time of ordering is the full amount you pay - there will be no additional duty, taxes, or other nasty surprises!

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE EU)
If you are ordering products from ICEGRIPPER for delivery outside the EU, various provisions apply, depending on your country.
Generally, you will be required to pay local taxes and import duties. Please check with your national postal service carrier, as they will be the 'final mile' deliverer. Alternatively consult with your national customs department.
