The Olang STELLAR Tex OC takes an established Olang winter style and adds the extra security of the integrated OC System. This OC-equipped version is making its UK debut, bringing Italian winter-boot design and on-demand ice grip to a practical mid-market price point.
STELLAR's mid-calf material-shaft construction combines hydro-repellent suede around the foot with a quilted polyester upper. The breathable OlanTex membrane is designed to resist snow, splashes and everyday wet winter conditions, making this a versatile choice for Britain's changeable mix of rain, slush, frost and snow.
Inside, a warm wool lining provides cold-weather comfort. The boot has a stated comfort zone from approximately +5°C to -30°C, although real-world warmth will vary with activity, socks, circulation and weather conditions.
When the ground turns icy, the built-in OC System retractable ice grips can be flipped into their active position to expose small metal cleats for extra bite. Fold them away again for ordinary outdoor surfaces or when moving indoors – quicker and more convenient than repeatedly fitting and removing separate ice grips.
STELLAR is a strong everyday option for winter walking, dog walks, commuting, travel, ski holidays and après-ski.
