CARE, REPROOFING & LONGEVITY
Keeping the outer materials clean and properly maintained helps preserve the appearance, comfort and weather resistance of your Mammal boots. Regular cleaning helps prevent dirt, salt and moisture from building up on the outer materials, while appropriate reproofing can help maintain surface water repellency.
These boots are designed for winter use but are not sold as fully waterproof footwear. For the best long-term performance, avoid prolonged saturation and allow the boots to dry naturally after wet use.
For routine cleaning and reproofing, we recommend the Grangers Footwear Care Kit. It is suitable for a wide range of footwear materials and helps support the clean, care and reproof cycle that keeps winter boots performing well for longer.
The OCSystem® is designed to be serviceable too. ICEGRIPPER supplies replacement OCSystem® cleats, activation keys and spare parts for Mammal boots, helping extend the useful life of your footwear.
If you are unsure which OCSystem® fitting your Mammal boots use, check our OCSystem® Reference Page or contact ICEGRIPPER and we will help identify the correct replacement part.
