RUNspikes are a light, low profile, ice grip traction device, aimed at anyone who prefers an ice grip that can be worn comfortably on sports footwear that you might typically wear for exercise e.g. trainers, trail shoes, cross trainers and sneakers (can still be worn on boots - see below). The stainless steel spikes are shorter than other products made for hiking and trekking, such as ICEGRIPPER ACTIVspike - to allow for quicker movement (also makes them ideal for low snow depth and urban patchy conditions).

FEATURES

• 13 x stainless steel, 5mm spikes per foot (on all sizes), dig into ice and compressed. snow for assured grip when running and exercising. The shorter spike length allows for a greater range of quick movement, than longer spiked (Hiking/Trekking) products Typically with spike lengths of around 10mm.
• Reinforced Eyelets - using durable TPU inserts, ensure longevity, each reinforced eyelet allows the elastomer bands to be lighter and stronger, with increased stretch, whilst preventing tearing along the harness and at connection points.
• Toe Bale - secures the foot’s position at the front of the shoe for added comfort, preventing the toe from pushing through the front of the elastomer harness.
• Raised Heel Tab - Allows for easy pull-back and removal.
• Low Profile Elastomer Harness - durable and ergonomically shaped, the elastomer bands are constructed from TPE for a secure fit and remain stretchy down to -30°F

ICEGRIPPER RUNspikes are specifically designed and sized for use on training and running shoes. If wearing on hiking boots, snow boots, or ski boots please add 1.5 additional sizes to your training shoe size (see image gallery). This may take you into a larger size than you would normally choose.
