Pop Out the Old Cleats
Use a standard flathead screwdriver to gently remove the worn cleats from their housing. It’s easier than it sounds, and no specialized skills are needed. We've made some videos showing you how to do it - check it out:

Install the New Cleats
Simply line up the replacement cleats into the slots. Gently presss down with the screwdriver until you hear the 'click'...and that's it! What could be simpler?
